Developing Tourism Economy Associated with Maritime Security Protection in Vietnam

Abstract: The tight combination between socio-economy and national security is always one of the most important contents which receives attention and becomes the urgent top priority of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Government. Besides, the focal task is to bring tourism to the strategic sector, developing tourism economy with protecting the general security, and the security in the sea in particular making our country become safe and attractive destination to many international tourists, especially in the difficult time of Covid-19. This writing discusses both theoretical and practical issues of the relationships between developing tourism economy and protecting the security in the sea, accordingly, suggests the solutions to tighten the two sectors leading to the common goal which is developing sustainably our country’s tourism economy in the coming time.
