Dr. VO THI MINH LE
Head,
Department of Global Development Issues
Le has a background of sustainable
development and Greater Mekong Subregion countries. Prior to her current
position at the Department of Global Development Issues, she served as a head
of Center for GMS Cooperation Studies.
She has involved in a plethora of projects
on various topics from non-traditional security issues such as climate change, water
and human security to GMS cooperation development. Le works closely with both
central and local government as well as international universities, research institutions
and NGOs. She also delivers lectures at universities for postgraduates.
She obtained her PhD degree in international economics at Graduate Academy of Social Sciences and a master’s degree in development practice at University of Queensland, Australia.
